Course of Construction Inspections

During the construction process we will inspect the jobsite and furnish a report on the status of the project.
Our reports are tailored to meet your needs and generally include, but are not limited to the following:

Single Family Residential, Townhouse & Multi-Family Construction Inspections

  • Use of pre-designed "industry standard" forms or your custom forms

  • Monthly Course-of-Construction Progress Inspections

  • Per Visit Percent Complete/Total Percent Complete

  • Multiple (interior & exterior) Photographs

  • Stored Material Information - if it's on the jobsite it is secured?

  • Jobsite Hazards and/or Cleanliness

  • Noted Concerns "aka red flags" or Jobsite Conversations

Site Development Inspections

  • Current Status of the Construction Progress including Comments on Each Phase of Construction
